Grievance Redressal
The Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) provides a fair platform for students to raise their concerns and grievances regarding the institution. In line with AICTE regulations, the SGRC is committed to addressing student complaints promptly and justly, ensuring a supportive academic environment.
Objectives of the Committee:
The Grievance Redressal Committee has been established to offer a platform for addressing the genuine concerns of students that could not be resolved at the department level. Following AICTE regulations, the committee consists of five members.Functions of the committee:
1. The purpose of the cell is to ensure that college officials are responsive,
accountable, and courteous when interacting with students.
2. It aims to provide effective and impartial solutions to student grievances, ensuring
fairness.
3. The cell is responsible for reviewing complaints submitted by students and
determining their validity. It is also authorized to handle cases of harassment.
4. If a student is unable or unwilling to appear in person, grievances can be submitted
in writing via the suggestion box in each department or sent by email to the
principal or ombudsman.
