Eligibility Criteria For MBA Candidates

  • Bachelor’s Degree:

      • A pass in any Bachelor’s Degree from Mahatma Gandhi University (MGU) or an equivalent degree from other universities recognized by MGU.
      • Minimum aggregate score of 50% marks in all parts of the examination for Bachelor’s Degree holders.
      • Alternatively, a Master’s Degree with 50% marks in aggregate is acceptable.

  • Grading System:

      • Under the grading system, a minimum of C Grade from MGU or its equivalent from recognized universities is required.

  • SC/ST Candidates:

      • The candidates must pass any Bachelor’s Degree examination.

  • Reservation Rules:

      • Reservation rules apply as per the Government and University norms in all affiliated colleges.

Eligibility Criteria For MCA Candidates

Admission to the Master of Computer Applications Programme is based on merit as determined by the Entrance examination and Personal interview conducted at the Institution level.

  • Candidates must pass B.C.A / Bsc.(Computer Science)/Bsc.(IT) B.E (CSE)/B.Tech.(CSE)/B.E(IT)/B.Tech(IT) or an equivalent degree from a recognized university.
    OR

  • Alternatively, candidates with any graduation degree (e.g., B.E/B.Tech./Bsc/B.Com./B.A./B.Voc. etc.), preferably with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at Graduation level from a recognized University, are eligible to apply.
    OR

  • Candidates with degrees awarded by Mahatma Gandhi University or any other degree programs recognized as equivalent to the listed programs by Mahatma Gandhi University are also eligible.
  • In all cases, candidates should have obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks for candidates belonging to reserved categories) in the qualifying examination.
